FCANZ Endorsements
There are two levels of FCANZ endorsement available:
Accredited Fencing Contractor – Businesses that have achieved Accredited Fencing Contractor endorsement and have proven to the assessment panel that they model industry best practice in all facets of their company, including quality of workmanship, health and safety behaviours, and management of employees and sub-contractors. The principal owner of the business must be a Certified Fencer. FCANZ recognises Accredited Fencing Contractors as professional and knowledgeable tradespeople who consistently deliver quality work.
Certified Fencer – An annually renewed endorsement for individuals who have completed the NZ Certificate in Fencing Level 4 and can prove they have the skills needed to operate as a foreman, supervise staff and oversee the quality of rural fencing projects. Certified Fencers appear with the “Certified Fencer” stamp.
Note: FCANZ members are required to adhere to the Member Code of Conduct and uphold standards of quality workmanship, safe practices, and professional behaviour. However, FCANZ does not guarantee or warrant the workmanship of individual members.
